Aloe vera and flu: let’s fight it from the outside
When the flu attacks us, the cold is one of the worst symptoms. It does not allow us to breathe well, to sleep, sometimes it is so congesting that it is difficult to talk and eat. Blowing the nose repeatedly, one of the most common consequences is the reddening of the skin surrounding the area that goes from the lips to the nose and to the sides of the same. The skin looks very red, rough and even dry. It burns a lot in contact with creams and gets worse and worse.
To alleviate this nuisance, aloe vera is excellent. Unlike face creams, aloe gel is free of chemical ingredients and preservatives. Thanks to its healing, nourishing and moisturizing action, it helps to relieve symptoms instantly and speeds up the healing process. It can also be applied several times a day without any restrictions. Obviously, to be really effective it is good to use a pure aloe gel.
Simply apply the gel to the affected area and let it absorb from the skin. Being devoid of perfumes will not cause any discomfort given the proximity to the nose and can also be used by the most sensitive subjects who have a low tolerability towards creams.
