How to use aloe vera to treat candida?
Aloe vera is an excellent natural remedy to allay the symptoms caused by candida. It lends itself very well to controlling all the symptoms that occur on the external genital area. Reduces the annoying itching giving immediate relief, giving a feeling of freshness similar to mint. The aloe vera gel is also an anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory.
This natural remedy can also be used from within. In fact, the enzymes present in the juice of aloe vera are able to eliminate fats and sugars present in the intestine, thus stimulating the proliferation of “good” bacterial flora. The intake of aloe vera from the inside will also raise the pH level, thus passing from an acid environment, favored for the proliferation from the fungus, to a less acidic or neutral environment.
It is important to use a good aloe vera gel that is pure and free of synthetic preservatives. This should be applied to the inguinal and external area of the vagina no less than three times a day. If the itching becomes strong, it can also be applied several times a day. Being a natural product does not create contraindications or side effects.
To fight the candida from the inside it is advisable to drink every day, in the morning and in the evening, a teaspoon of pure aloe vera on an empty stomach.
